About The Position

Audi Fort Lauderdale is hiring a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Rental Agent | Loaner Vehicle Coordinator for its Service Department. The role coordinates rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests and helps provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is part of Lithia & Driveway, a large automotive retailer focused on growing its company and employees.

The role requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants must be at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Previous rental, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but is not required. The workplace is drug-free, and the employer is committed to equal employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.
• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.
• Inspect vehicles and document mileage, fuel levels, and damage.
• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide the level of service expected by Audi guests.
