About The Position
Classic Toyota of Henderson is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Guest Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm, professional greeting.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
- Assist with customer check-in and answer general questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
- Communicate with the service team to help provide a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with light administrative duties as needed.
- Support the service department in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
