Service Greeter
About The Position
Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer-service-oriented Service Greeter to serve as the first point of contact in the service lane. The role is responsible for making guests bringing their vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs feel welcome and receive a professional experience. The Service Greeter also assists and greets customers and moves customer vehicles from the service drive. Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1955, with more than 65 years of history. Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality suited to customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Bilingual ability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests in the service lane.
- Provide an inviting and professional experience to guests bringing vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
- Move customer vehicles from the service drive.
