About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Service Dispatcher to coordinate service and planned maintenance work. The dispatcher schedules service repairs and assigns field service technicians to customer locations according to location, technician skill level, and facility response guidelines. The role receives service requests from customers and coworkers, enters information into the computer, assists with paperwork, and prepares reports. Duties may also include registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet and delivery trucks, and coordinating services with outside vendors. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than two years of related experience. The employer will hire only individuals legally authorized to work in the United States and will not provide work-authorization sponsorship.

Requirements

• Less than two years of related experience.

Responsibilities
