About The Position

Kool Toyota is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to support its busy and growing Service Department in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role helps keep the service schedule running smoothly and provides customers with a positive experience from their first phone call through their service visit. The position is full-time, with starting pay of $18.00 or more per hour based on experience. Previous automotive dealership or service department experience is highly preferred.

Experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive dealership experience, especially in service scheduling, BDC, or a Service Advisor support role.
Previous automotive dealership or service department experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service-related questions.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
Provide customers with information about service availability and appointment expectations.
Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
Help create a positive customer experience from the first phone call to the service visit.
