About The Position

Priority Honda Roanoke is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, communicating these to technicians, recommending services, providing estimates and updates, and building customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient service lane operation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-minded with a focus on delivering value to customers
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
