Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments and understanding their needs.
• Guide customers through necessary and suggested maintenance with clarity and confidence.
• Provide transparent cost estimates for repairs and services, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, making them feel valued and supported.
• Ensure every vehicle is returned in top condition, with all services completed to the highest standards.
