Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create an outstanding service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and service solutions that meet customer needs
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust and exceptional service
- Help drive service department performance and customer satisfaction
