About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service advising, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with dealership management software and basic computer applications.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
  • Prepare and present repair estimates and obtain customer approval.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
  • Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
