Requirements
- 1–2+ years of Service Advisor or high-level customer service experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Comfortable making decisions and adapting quickly
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Lead the customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
- Investigate customer concerns and identify the right repair solutions
- Build trust through clear, confident communication
- Present repair recommendations and estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
- Manage multiple repair orders and customer updates simultaneously
- Handle unexpected issues, delays, and objections professionally
- Help maintain workflow in a high-volume service drive
