About The Position

Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a High-Volume Service Advisor for our express lane. This role focuses on providing excellent service quickly to a large number of customers, handling maintenance tasks such as oil changes, rotations, multi-points, and recalls. The position offers a pay plan designed to reward volume, with uncapped earning potential based on the number of quality repair orders written. This is a fast-paced environment for individuals who are quick, accurate, and adept at managing a busy service drive while ensuring customers feel valued.

Requirements

Experience as an express or quick-lane service advisor in a high-volume store.
Experience as an import advisor (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.) accustomed to a busy service drive.
Experience as a quick-lube or maintenance-shop lead ready to transition to a dealership pay plan.
Ability to communicate clearly and honestly, especially with difficult news.
Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and paperwork efficiently.
Integrity in advising on necessary repairs without upselling unnecessary services.
A valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

Running the express drive: greeting customers, writing fast and accurate repair orders.
Selling maintenance menu services honestly.
Communicating multi-point inspection findings clearly, including urgency, cost, and recommendations.
Ensuring the service lane remains efficient, avoiding bottlenecks and keeping customers on schedule.
Following up on declined work to schedule future appointments.
Meeting targets for car count, hours per repair order, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
