Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and positive personality
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to explain automotive services clearly to customers
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and repair orders
- Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed properly and efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service
- Help achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity goals
