About The Position

First Class HALT is an independent Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Toyota repair facility with four locations. The company is hiring a Service Advisor to help lead a high-performing shop in Anderson, Greenville, or Mauldin, South Carolina. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring they feel satisfied and supported. The company emphasizes a team-first culture, integrity, performance, and quality of life. The role has no commission-based selling or pressure selling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of hitting goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Focus on accountability, performance, and creating a great customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
