About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join its team. The role is primarily responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers apprised of work progress. The position is commission-based with uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation range, including base pay and variable compensation earned, is $50,000–$75,000 or more. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Nice To Haves

Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
Valid driver's license preferred.
A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
Provide price estimates for designated installations before scheduling appointments.
Keep customers apprised of work progress.
Initiate and process requests for repair services.
Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
