About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Crain Buick GMC of Springdale. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, identifying vehicle problems, recommending services, explaining costs and repairs, creating and managing repair orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling appointments, and more.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a vehicle service advisor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Identify vehicle problems and recommend appropriate services
