About The Position

Crain Kia of Bentonville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.

Requirements

  • Proven SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE in an automotive service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
  • Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approval.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about Kia products, services, and promotions.
