Requirements

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience and relationship-building skills are a plus.
Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
Communicate repair progress and timelines with customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
Build lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service.
Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and performance goals.
