About The Position

Laramie Auto Center is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership team. We are building a stronger, faster, and more customer-driven service department and want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers and supporting technicians. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission structure offering strong earning potential for high performers.

Requirements

  • Automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process
  • Build repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate with technicians and parts departments to keep repairs moving efficiently
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain high CSI scores
  • Manage follow-up communication and appointment scheduling
