About The Position

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role.
Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
Excellent communication and closing skills.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screening.
