About The Position

Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a High-Volume Service Advisor for our express lane. This role is for individuals who excel at providing great service quickly and efficiently, handling a large volume of customers while ensuring each one feels valued. The primary focus is on essential maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and recalls. The position offers a pay plan designed to reward high performance and volume, with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service flow.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Express or Quick-Lane Service Advisor in a high-volume store.
  • Experience as an Import Advisor (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.) accustomed to a busy drive.
  • Experience as a Quick-Lube or maintenance-shop lead ready to transition to dealership pay.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and honestly, even with difficult news.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and paperwork.
  • Integrity and a commitment to advising on actual vehicle concerns.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting a steady stream of customers in the express drive.
  • Writing fast and accurate repair orders for technicians.
  • Selling maintenance menu services honestly and effectively.
  • Communicating multi-point inspection findings clearly to customers, prioritizing urgent needs.
  • Ensuring the express lane operates smoothly without bottlenecks and customers are served on schedule.
  • Following up on declined work to schedule future appointments.
  • Meeting targets for car count, hours per repair order, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager, parts team, and technicians.
  • Maintaining integrity by advising on actual areas of concern and not upselling unnecessary services.
