About The Position

Ramsey Mazda is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team. As a primary point of contact for service customers, you will greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, document service needs, and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance. You will also coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs and deliver exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process. This is an opportunity to grow with one of the largest dealership groups in America, representing over 300+ Lithia Motors Dealerships nationwide.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor required
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
