Ramsey Mazda is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team. As a primary point of contact for service customers, you will greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, document service needs, and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance. You will also coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs and deliver exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process.
