About The Position
Ciocca Ford of York is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor professional to join its team. The role supports customers and the service department by overseeing service orders and drive-lane flow, providing customer assistance, coordinating technician work, and answering questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Commission-based pay has annual potential of $40,000–$80,000.
Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and ensure customers are handled appropriately.
- Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
