About The Position

Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is hiring a Service Advisor-Tow/Haul Dispatch to support customers and coordinate service operations. The role provides customer service throughout the repair process, handles work orders and payments, arranges road service and tow calls during normal business hours, and helps manage shop appointments and workloads. The position also includes estimating jobs, promoting the service team, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is a family-owned business serving Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas. Its new Warrington facility includes a service department, equipment showroom, and parts counter serving heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Open and close work orders, bill work orders accordingly, and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers during the repair process at the facility.
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
• Schedule customer appointments and shop workloads.
• Estimate jobs.
• Promote the service team.
