You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while helping lead our advisors to hit key performance goals. Requirements

  • 3+ years in automotive service advising or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dealership management systems like Reynolds or CDK
  • A positive attitude and natural leadership ability

Nice To Haves

  • Infiniti or luxury brand experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and recommend the right services
  • Write clear repair orders, explain the costs, and get approval on the spot
  • Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed
  • Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team development
  • Hit sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Build lasting relationships to turn one-time visitors into loyal clients
