The Service Access Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for service access and patient flow across multiple on-site crisis programs, including Emergency Services, Marcus Alert, CIT Assessment Center, the 23-Hour Crisis Receiving Center, and the Crisis Stabilization Unit. This position helps ensure individuals receive timely access to appropriate services by coordinating communication among programs, assisting with referrals and transitions of care, and addressing service-access issues in real time. The Service Access Coordinator facilitates communication, supports patient flow decisions within established protocols, and promotes coordination among clinical teams, programs, community providers, and healthcare partners.
