About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service consistent with Chili’s. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in great service and enjoys making people feel special. Servers learn the menu, provide customized service, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

- Prior experience is a plus.
