About The Position
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing guest units for cleaning after departure, helping the team work efficiently, and maintaining the company’s quality standards. The role handles site linen duties and keeps department storage areas organized, maintained, and clean. The Houseperson follows the company safety program and applicable OSHA regulations, including the Global Harmonized System (GHS) for chemicals. The position helps maintain a clean resort environment for guests, supports housekeeping with supplies and linen, assists with bed and unit cleaning tasks, manages trash removal, sorts and folds linen, maintains storage areas, and delivers requested items to guest units. The posting describes the role as full-time at $15.50 per hour.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain cleanliness and a clean environment for guests.
- Assist the housekeeping team with supplies and deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
- Prepare units for cleaning after guest departure; strip and make beds and assist with cleaning as needed.
- Remove trash from units and floors.
- Coordinate and prepare linen and amenities bags.
- Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
- Organize, clean, and maintain department storage areas and stock levels according to company cleanliness and safety standards.
- Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
- Follow the company safety program and applicable OSHA and GHS regulations.
