Housekeeper - WorldMark Taos Resort
About The Position
The Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Duties include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; following housekeeping detail standards; and cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. The Housekeeper makes beds, replenishes supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates, responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolving guest issues to improve the guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
