About The Position
The Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Duties include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; adhering to housekeeping detail standards; and cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. The Housekeeper also makes beds, replenishes supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. The role includes maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates, responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolving guest issues to improve the guest experience. The hourly rate is $15.15.
Requirements

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while maintaining resort quality and housekeeping detail standards.
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns and resolve guest issues to improve the guest experience.
