Seasonal Housekeeper - WorldMark Mission Valley Resort
About The Position
A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. The role includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms while adhering to housekeeping detail standards. The Housekeeper also cleans, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; makes beds; replenishes kitchenware and toiletries; and sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. The position involves maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates, responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolving guest issues to improve the guest experience. This is a seasonal, full-time position at WorldMark Mission Valley Resort. The hourly rate is $20.50.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, according to housekeeping detail standards.
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns and resolve guest issues to improve guest satisfaction.
