About The Position

The Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Duties include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and lobbies; vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and making beds; and adhering to housekeeping detail standards. The Housekeeper replenishes supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries and sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with customers and associates, responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolving guest issues to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while maintaining resort quality and housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, and make beds.
• Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns and resolve guest issues to improve the guest experience.
