About The Position
The Housekeeping Associate supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Duties include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; following housekeeping detail standards; cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; and making beds. The associate replenishes supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens, and maintains positive relationships with guests and associates. The role also involves responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns and resolving guest issues to improve the guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance, positive can-do attitude, and team focus.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while maintaining resort quality and housekeeping detail standards.
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and associates.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns and resolve guest issues to support guest satisfaction.
