About The Position

Santikos is seeking Bartenders to provide exceptional service to guests at its New Braunfels location. The role involves following the company’s Alcohol Service Policy, verifying guests’ legal drinking age, taking and preparing orders, maintaining bar stock, conducting inventory, and keeping the work area clean and sanitized. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant, or professional training.
• Be friendly and outgoing.
• Be flexible with scheduling and able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have a can-do attitude and willingness to work.
• Ability to work and collaborate with a team.
• Dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Current TABC license; certification assistance may be available.

Responsibilities

• Know and follow Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures.
• Verify that guests are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
• Conduct inventory of bar-related items.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitized.
