Server - New Braunfels Chili's
About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service aligned with Chili's. The role focuses on offering great service, making Guests feel special, and creating a customized experience for each Guest. Servers learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Chili's describes itself as a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a legacy rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back. Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
