About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is an integral member of The Dhanani Group’s Facilities and Maintenance Team and is responsible for maintaining facilities and completing repairs across locations in the New Braunfels area. The role performs basic facility upkeep, repairs company machinery, equipment, and appliances, identifies and reports major repair needs, checks locations for mechanical failures, and responds promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with tile and flooring, carpentry, light plumbing, painting building exteriors, and minor electrical work.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Drywall experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including painting, filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs.
• Repair company machinery, equipment, and appliances.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly check locations for mechanical failure or breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
