About The Position

The Server is part of the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort hospitality team and helps create exceptional dining experiences for guests. The role involves guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing attentive and personalized service, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. Servers also maintain an orderly dining area and process payments. The position calls for strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
