About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PM Server to join its Food & Beverage team. The role involves taking and serving guest orders promptly, completing assigned setup sidework, answering menu questions, operating the electronic cash register or POS system where applicable, and checking food for correct appearance, temperature, and portions before serving. The position requires a self-starting, even-tempered team player who communicates well with guests and can stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
• Complete all necessary setup sidework as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system where applicable.
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct.
• Pitch in and help co-workers with their job duties.
