About The Position

Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service and help create a memorable experience for every Guest. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in great service, enjoys making people feel special, and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
