About The Position
Servers provide guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to help ensure guest satisfaction. The position contributes to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining setting. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and is accepting applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every guest.
