About The Position
Servers provide guests with food, drinks, and hospitality consistent with Chili’s service standards. The role focuses on delivering customized service, helping guests understand menu offerings, and contributing to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Servers work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and perform opening and closing duties. Applicants must be available for some weekend, weekday, and holiday shifts as needed.
