About The Position
Servers provide guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in keeping with Chili’s service standards. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
