About The Position

The Host begins each Guest’s experience at the restaurant by providing a warm welcome and Chili’s hospitality. The role includes managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, supporting fellow Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Candidates should enjoy greeting people and making them feel special. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
