About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. The role involves learning the menu, explaining offerings, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
