About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili's. The role includes learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
