About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide food and drink service while delivering hospitable, customized experiences to Guests. They learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires working some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
