About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, and hospitality that reflects Chili's service. The role focuses on delivering customized service, helping Guests understand menu offerings, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Servers work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
