About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Chili’s Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed, as well as helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
