About The Position

Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming Chili’s experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, carry out opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
