About The Position
Red Robin in Clackamas, Oregon, is seeking an energetic and friendly Server to provide memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. The Server welcomes guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, checks in with guests during their meals, and handles concerns professionally. The role also involves recommending menu items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized section. Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet Oregon minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- OLCC Service Permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, supporting a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check in with guests throughout their meals.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and with a solutions-focused attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section throughout each shift.
