About The Position

The RED Surveyor is part of Swire Coca-Cola’s sales support staff, tracking display activity and entering marketplace data. The role involves interacting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates while supporting accurate data entry and effective execution of the Right Execution Daily (RED) process. The surveyor travels by vehicle to various stores and provides practical guidance on the RED process, helps maintain high-quality reporting and display standards, and coordinates routing and communication across the organization.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Experience using technology such as iPhone or smartphone devices.

Responsibilities

Provide Swire Coca-Cola associates with clear, practical guidance on achieving deliverables through the RED process.
Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels.
Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and ensure long-term stability of reporting outputs.
Ensure proper quality control procedures are followed.
Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
Complete necessary paper and electronic work.
Review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiency.
